Pick faster. Scan accurately. Dispatch with confidence.
Coordinate warehouse picking from order allocation to scan verification, reducing manual errors and improving operational visibility.
Wave planning
Orders that share a truck or a cut-off are grouped into a wave and released to a picker. Assign, start and pause waves here; W-1016-07 is the live one, driven by the handheld further down.

One walk to the slot, three orders served
SO-1001 wants 20 crates of MILK-500, SO-1002 wants 15, SO-1003 wants 10. The picker sees 45 across two slots. The system still knows which 20 belong to whom.
the older batch can't go to Modern Trade or E-com, so it all goes to the GT order

Each unit is reserved once. The picker sees one quantity per slot; underneath, every order keeps its own line, so a short pick lands on a specific order instead of vanishing into a total.
The handheld, and what confirming actually does
Scan the location, scan the product, enter the quantity, confirm. Wrong shelf or wrong item stops you. A short quantity can only be saved through the exception flow. The panel on the right shows the stock, reservation and order splits change as you go.

- 1Scan the slot label. It must match the task.
- 2Scan the case. SKU and batch are checked.
- 3Expired stock is refused outright.
- 4Enter or step the quantity.
- 5Exact quantity confirms. Anything less goes to an exception.
- 6Confirming books the pick, closes the reservation and moves on.

Exceptions with a paper trail
Wrong SKU, wrong location, batch mismatch, short pick, damage, unreadable barcode. Each one moves from Open to Investigating to Resolved or Escalated, and nothing gets deleted.
