Healthcare
Care that starts at the front door.
AI-driven software for getting patients safely to hospital and back, and for running the hospital once they arrive.

the trip only closes when they're home again

For when the family can't be there in person
RAAHI is a healthcare mobility and care platform for patients, elderly people and their families. We book the trip, pick the patient up from home, take them to the hospital, and move them safely back home.
It runs on three apps built by DeepVision Labs: one for families, one for the assistants and drivers on the road, and a command centre for the operations team.

- 01
Book
A family member books the trip in the app for a parent or relative, notes the hospital, the time and what help is needed: wheelchair, oxygen, someone to stay through the consultation.
- 02
Pick up at home
A trained assistant and driver arrive at the door. The handover from family to RAAHI is confirmed with an OTP, a timestamp and a location.
- 03
Hand over at the hospital
The patient is taken to the right desk or department and handed over the same way. The family sees each step as it happens.
- 04
Bring them home
After the visit RAAHI brings the patient back and completes the final handover at home, so the trip only closes once they are safe.
AI dispatch and arrival times
AI picks the right assistant and vehicle for each trip and predicts pickup and arrival times from traffic and past trips.
Care recipients, not just users
One family account can book for several elderly relatives, each with their own profile, needs and consent.
Qualified staff assignment
Assistants are matched to the trip by the help it needs, and only see the medical details their role requires.
Chain of custody
Every handover needs an OTP from the person receiving the patient, with time and place recorded for audit.
Live status for the family
Vehicle location, ETA and a journey timeline, with honest status when the network drops.
SOS with a human on the other end
A deliberate SOS alerts the command centre and the family with location and context, and stays open until resolved.
Command centre with AI alerts
Operators see every live trip, and AI flags trips running late or off route so they can step in early.
Built to grow. The same platform is designed to take on home nursing and caretakers, physiotherapy at home, medical equipment rental and medicine delivery, under one family account and one care history.

Complete hospital management
In use at Balu Hospital, providing health care since 1987.One AI-driven system from the registration counter to the discharge bill. Doctors, nurses, the lab, the pharmacy and the billing desk all work on the same patient record.
- Built as separate modules, so a hospital can start with OPD and billing and add the rest
- Insurance claims and lab results tied to the visit they belong to
- Runs in the cloud or on the hospital's own servers

When the two work together
A hospital using our system can offer RAAHI trips to patients who need help getting there. The pieces line up naturally.
- 01
Appointment booked
The OPD appointment can offer the patient a RAAHI pickup timed to the slot.
- 02
Arrival
The assistant hands the patient over at the front desk, and registration already knows they are on the way.
- 03
Discharge
When the final bill is settled, the return trip home can be booked from the same screen.
